Hello, welcome to my website!
I'm an adept in clinical and experiembtal neurophysiology, trained at
Hacettepe University, the number 1 medically-focused university in
Türkiye.
In the past years, I have also earned several accolades as a teacher of
fundational subjects and English-language education. I was led to explore
this career because I have always been praised for my interpersonal skills,
which invite people –children especially– to open-up their intellect and
engage in the learning process. My knowledge in neuropsychology has proven
very handy to me as a teacher, since I always took advantage of brain plasticity
and associative memorization while readjusting bits of information or instilling
new concepts to the young minds.
I can't wait to put to use my formal training of electroneurophysiology
technician, which is the field where I thrive and where I can shine the
most. That is why I always keep myself updated on latest advancement on
this field, to stay always relevant in an ever-changing discipline.
My Professional Know-Hows
Processing necessary materials ready for clinical studies ● To follow up the patient during the experiment ● to inform the physicians according to the patient's condition (seizures, etc.) ● Taking electroencephalography (EEG) ● Conducting nerve conduction studies (EMG) ● Using polysomnography devices ● Administering brainstem stimulation potentials ● Administering visual arousal potentials ● Administering sensory arousal potentials ● To keep patient records regarding the procedures performed ● To carry out and follow up the periodic calibration ● Maintenance and repairs of the medical fixtures for which it is responsible ● To report the situation to the department managers and the biomedical unit in case of malfunction ● To ensure the supply of the necessary consumables for the medical fixtures for which it is responsible ● Actively participate in institutional development ● Total quality management and accreditation studies.
